Thoughts in His presence

Never let anyone steal your joy!

Your battle is not against flesh and blood so don’t hate anybody ever!

When you are walking in God’s purpose for your life don’t be surprised when the devil pays you a visit.

Don’t waste precious moments on sin.

Don’t allow the devil to drive a wedge into your marriage.

Married is God’s invention, the devil hates it.

The devil wants to destroy the sanctuary of marriage, that’s why he invented same sex marriage, to turn it into an abomination.

Jesus didn’t die for you to stay dead!

It takes two to sustain a marriage but only one to break it down.

The devil hates you and wants you dead; Jesus loves you and wants to give you life.

Spend a moment and take your spiritual temperature.  Remember God hates ‘Lukewarm’.

The devil will do all that he can to get your eye off of your destiny!

Unforgiveness will ultimately kill you.

The devil picks people up, uses them and then throws them away.  Jesus picks people up, uses them and gives them eternal life!

Everything that God loves the devil hates and we are the only part of His creation that He said He loved!

Say what you will but the truth remains the truth!

The devil specialises in lies; Jesus specialises in truth!

I only want to hear the Truth, because Jesus is the truth!

Don’t allow the devil to use you

He’s a miracle working God in every generation!

Love the sword of the Spirit!

Jesus paid a lot for our private medical assurance.

Heaven or hell?

GOD REALLY LOVES YOU!!!
If you DIED today would you go to HEAVEN or HELL? If you are not sure, say this prayer, don’t leave it to chance!

Dear Jesus, I ask you to forgive me of all the wrong stuff I have ever done. Come into my life and be my Lord and my Saviour and my very best friend. Amen

If you just prayed that prayer, go to our Contact page and let us know.

Todd Bentley @ TLC

We had an incredible time with Todd and Jessa Bentley.  ‘7 Nights of Fire’ is what was advertised and ‘7 Nights of Fire’ is exactly what we got!  The presence of Holy Ghost was so strong and the healing anointing flowed freely each night.  Todd is one anointed preacher who is totally in love with Father, Son and Holy Ghost!  Todd’s love and compassion for the sick and hurting, the lost and hungry is a lesson that should be taught at every Bible College up and down the land.  Our Church Motto is, ‘Two Locks Church, Where God is Real and so are the people!’  Needless to say, Todd fitted in to the place instantly.  Todd is all about a Real God and Real people with Real needs.  Each night Todd laid hands on every single person in the building and his ministry was so gentle that the children couldn’t wait to have Todd pray for them.  Many of the children received a prophetic word also.

There is so much negative stuff online about Todd, so much video footage which has been taken out of context to make him look bad.  But having spent 8 days with Todd I got to know and love the man of God that Todd clearly is.  We got on so well because we both know and love the presence of Holy Ghost.  I recommend Todd to every Church and Ministry as a man anointed and equipped of God for the glory of God.

Holy Ghost Relationship

My relationship with Holy Ghost grows as I continue to communicate with Him.  Talk to the Holy Ghost like you would talk to a person, learn to talk to Him.  The God we know today and relate with today is the Holy Ghost; the Father and Jesus are in heaven.

The Apostle Paul spoke in tongues more than anybody, that is what Paul said and look at all Paul accomplished!  Make up your mind today to speak in tongues more than anybody you know!

His Faith Works!

The faith Jesus had allowed Him to open blind eyes, walk on the water, bring back the dead, turn water into wine, multiply one boy’s lunch and feed thousands with it!!! Who here would like to have the same faith Jesus had?

Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him…

If we don’t have faith we cannot please God!  But God has given us His faith so that we can please Him!

Romans 12: 3 … God has dealt to each one a measure of faith.

God has given us His faith, you either have it or you don’t and when we become disciples of Him He gives us His faith.  There is never a day when we are faithless as the faith He put on the inside of us doesn’t come and go! We can step out in faith every day, it’s not about how we feel, it’s about what He has given us.

This is not about ‘my faith’ it’s about ‘His faith’ living in me.

For we walk by faith, not by sight. 2 Corinthians 5:7 (NKJV)

Is a Christian’s faith always alive?  James 2:17 Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. (NKJV)  In other words, it doesn’t do anything if we don’t use it!  Jesus said, ‘You will lay hands on the sick and they will recover!’ But if we don’t lay hands on the sick then nothing will happen!

Confess this truth out loud now, ‘He’s given me His faith and His faith works’

It’s for all of us!

Numbers 11:24 So Moses went out and told the people the words of the LORD, and he gathered the seventy men of the elders of the people and placed them around the tabernacle. 25 Then the LORD came down in the cloud, and spoke to him, and took of the Spirit that was upon him, and placed the same upon the seventy elders; and it happened, when the Spirit rested upon them, that they prophesied, although they never did so again.
26 But two men had remained in the camp: the name of one was Eldad, and the name of the other Medad. And the Spirit rested upon them. Now they were among those listed, but who had not gone out to the tabernacle; yet they prophesied in the camp. 27 And a young man ran and told Moses, and said, “Eldad and Medad are prophesying in the camp.”
28 So Joshua the son of Nun, Moses’ assistant, one of his choice men, answered and said, “Moses my lord, forbid them!”
29 Then Moses said to him, “Are you zealous for my sake? Oh, that all the LORD’s people were prophets and that the LORD would put His Spirit upon them!”

When Holy Ghost comes people prophesy!  Joshua wanted Moses to put a stop to this but Moses said, ‘don’t be jealous for my sake I would love for all the LORD’s people to be able to prophesy.’  Moses tells us that if the LORD would put His Spirit upon all His people then they would all prophesy.  Well God has now put His Spirit upon all His people and just as Moses said, we can all prophesy. It’s for all of us!

More LORD! X

I’m struggling to function today, His presence is so strooooooooooong, I need more, stronger coffee and I need more of Him. I want to be so filled that my shadow heals the sick, the dead are resurrected and then I need more so I can do the greater things He said I will do! Love You LORD X

Evangelism

‘Evangelism’

Today we take a look at ‘Evangelism’

Mark 16:14-19 (New King James Version)

The Great Commission

14 Later He appeared to the eleven as they sat at the table; and He rebuked their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen Him after He had risen. 15 And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. 17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
19 So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.

Looking at the above passage we ask the following questions:

 1.       Looking at the above Passage what is the ‘Great commission’?

2.       What do you think happens if we never make any efforts towards obeying the ‘Great Commission’?

3.       What do you think would happen if we dedicated our lives to the ‘Great Commission’?

4.       What would you say is the most important way of evangelising?

5.       Assuming that we have all been growing in our evangelistic efforts since we became Christians.  What would you say was helpful to you in your personal growth in evangelism?

6.       Do you think there is a fast track way for a new Christian to learn how to evangelise?

7.       How do you feel knowing that the ‘Great Commission’ is for you as well as those who first heard it?

8.       If we were to compile a list as a group so that we would become great at evangelism, what things would we list down?

9.       What does verse 19 reveal about this whole business of the ‘Great Commission’?

Knowing God

Today we take a look at the different ways the LORD has given us to know Him!

The Holy Spirit John 14:15-18

15 “If you love Me, keep My commandments. 16 And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. 18 I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.

 Bible Study Hebrews 4:12

12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

Providence of God Psalm 145:9

9 The LORD is good to all,
And His tender mercies are over all His works.

Nature Psalm 19:1-4

To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David.

1 The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament shows His handiwork.
2 Day unto day utters speech, And night unto night reveals knowledge. 3 There is no speech nor language Where their voice is not heard.4 Their line has gone out through all the earth, And their words to the end of the world.

Looking at the above passage we ask the following questions:

  1.  What do you think happens if we never make any efforts in any of the above ways God has given us to know Him
  2. What do you think would happen if we dedicated our lives to the above ways of knowing Him?
  3. What would you say is the most important of the above ways to know Him?
  4. Assuming that we have all been growing in our knowing Him since we became Christians what would you say was helpful to you in your personal growth from the Scriptures given above?
  5. Do you think there is a fast track way for a new Christian to know Him?
  6. What advice would you give to somebody who had just become a Christian and was thirsty for as much knowledge of God as possible?
  7. How do you feel knowing that you have been given a heart to know Him?
